Stained Glass Windows

General => Stained Glass Windows

Our church is blessed with a number of beautiful Stained Glass Windows.Some are from the Maud Street Methodist Church which was burnt down in 1987 and amazingly survived the blaze and vandals.  Others in the present building were moved from their original placement in the redevelopment of the St. Andrews Church.  In December 2004 our congregation was anonymously gifted with a stunning new window in memory of Dr and Mrs Moffatt honouring the work of women in the life of the Church. This new window is the handiwork of local stained glass windows designers Gerry Cummins and Jill Stein.

Our Church Foyer welcomes people with a banner which portrays the life of Christ within the symbol of the Fish.  It was designed by Rev.Geraldine Wheeler and put together by a team of ladies from our Craft Group.
